Loyalty cards
To say 'thanks' for your continuous support at Atlantis Beauty Salon Ltd we reward you with a loyalty card and once it's full you can receive complimentary treatments.
Loyalty cards are the responsibility of the customer lost cards cannot be replaced.
Cancellations
On some of our larger treatments you may be required to pay a minimum 10 pounds deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable and we require 2 working days to reschedule any appointments. This helps to keep the salon running efficiently and gives us enough time to refill your appointment, thank you.
You’re appointment may be released if you are more than 10 minutes late for your treatment and late arrivals will constitute a reduced treatment time.
It is very important to inform the therapist of any medical conditions or medication you might be taking before commencing with any of our treatments on offer.
For some treatments you will be given disposable undergarments by you’re therapists.
